We'd like to extend a huge thank you and express our deepest gratitude to all who made their way up for our final night barbecue to share their words of wisdom.
The Oakland Police Department's very own K-9 and Robot/Drone Unit came up to give us a little demonstration about what they do and how they operate. On top of that, we were fortunate enough to be able to meet with a couple of FBI Special Agents due to the FBI Community Outreach program! Thanks to them, we got to have this special opportunity to gain a bit more insight as to what their jobs are contrary to what is portrayed on TV. We would like to once again express our deepest appreciation to Mayor Sheng Thao for making her way to camp to share a little more about her experiences growing up. And of course, a HUGE thank you is in order to all those who took the time out of their day to come u and hang out with us!
